What data we collect
Discovery call request form
When you book a discovery call, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, and your message. This data is sent to our company email and used solely to respond to your enquiry and schedule a call.
Legal basis: Consent (you voluntarily submit the form).
Retention: Up to 12 months after our last communication, then deleted unless there is a legitimate business reason to retain it.
Server logs
Our web server automatically records technical data when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamp. This data is collected by our hosting infrastructure and is not linked to your identity.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (security monitoring, performance, and abuse prevention).
Retention: Up to 90 days, then automatically purged.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website — including pages visited, time on site, referral source, and general geographic region. Google Analytics collects this data using cookies placed on your device.
